  • At Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience, a valid credit or debit card is required for reservation and payment. There are NO REFUNDS for event reservation cancellations made within 14 days of the event, but we make every effort to reschedule without penalties.   • Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience is dedicated to ensuring your privacy and utilizes collected information solely to simplify bookings and enhance user experiences. We do not share, sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties, emphasizing data protection measures. Any significant policy updates will be communicated, and users can contact them for any privacy-related inquiries.

  • Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience is not responsible for property damage resulting from the client's request to position the mobile gaming theater in a specific location. The client is liable for damages, theft, or loss of equipment during use, and Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience, LLC can charge the client accordingly. Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience, LLC assumes no liability for injuries sustained on the client's property or designated location; all responsibility for damages or injuries rests with the client and/or the host.

  • We impose a travel surcharge for locations more than 30 miles from our Sanford, Florida base to cover driver time and fuel costs. You can find detailed information about our service areas here. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team.

  • At Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience, our game theater is equipped to handle various weather conditions, but safety comes first. In cases of severe weather like lightning, heavy rain or snow, high winds, or flooding, we reserve the right to reschedule to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Customers are encouraged to contact us in advance if they anticipate adverse weather conditions, and we offer rescheduling, indoor venue options, or refunds as alternatives.

  • Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience requires parents or responsible adults to be present and within contact of the Game Coach at all times for guests aged 16 and under. Guests under 7 years old must have a parent or responsible adult inside the game theater at all times. While they aim to accommodate parental preferences on game content, it is ultimately the responsibility of parents or guardians to monitor their child's gaming choices.

  • The Food & Drink Policy for Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience's Mobile Game Theater prohibits the consumption of food and drinks inside the theater area to maintain cleanliness and equipment integrity. Customers may enjoy food and beverages in designated outdoor areas while responsibly disposing of waste. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances with prior approval, and adherence to safety and cleanliness guidelines is mandatory.

  • At Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience events and parties, alcohol may be served, but a security surcharge and/or deposit may be required. The company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or end any event serving alcohol if necessary for safety. Drug use is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate party termination and potential legal action.

  • Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience tip/gratuity policy states that tipping game coaches is not required but greatly appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for exceptional service. Customers are encouraged to tip at their discretion, in cash or digitally, with no specific amount mandated. Respect and courtesy towards game coaches are emphasized, and feedback for improvement is welcomed.

  • Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience will make every effort to play games or game types allowed by the Party Host or Hostess, offering a wide range of game ratings and genres. However, parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's gaming sessions if they choose to restrict certain content, especially during larger events where constant monitoring may be challenging. Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience encourages clear communication and active supervision to ensure that gaming content aligns with individual preferences and values.

  • Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience coaches will make every effort to provide a stable internet connection for parties but cannot guarantee its availability. In case of internet issues, the focus will shift to running a great event with offline games, and no refunds will be provided for connectivity problems. The goal is to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience regardless of internet access.

  • Next Level Gaming and Entertainment Experience's Mobile Game Theater parking policy ensures safe and convenient parking for their video game theater at events. We need level and flat spots or logical areas for parking, but may use neighborhood streets with prior notice to neighbors. Safety is our top concern, requiring a minimum of 60 feet of space, no disconnection of the truck without approval, and parking on hardened surfaces to prevent dangers to persons, property, or equipment.

  • During your party, our Coaches may take pictures inside the theater or during laser tag activities, which will be available for viewing and downloading on our Facebook Fan Page. If you don't want photos taken or posted, please inform the Game Coach before your event begins. We offer this service to help you capture your party moments.
